Katherine Froeb Papa, MPH manages AcademyHealth's public health initiatives, which focus on bridging the gap between public health and the health care system. She directs the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation-funded Public Health Systems Research (PHSR) project, which seeks to build this new research discipline by supporting junior investigators, developing training opportunities for researchers, synthesizing research findings, and translating findings for policymakers.
